18 February 2026 — ACEN has been named one of TIME and Statista’s Asia-Pacific’s Best Companies 2026, a prestigious ranking that recognizes 500 top-performing organizations shaping the future of business across the region.
The TIME and Statista ranking evaluates companies across three key pillars — employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency (ESG), based on comprehensive data, including employee surveys, revenue growth metrics, and ESG disclosures.
ACEN’s inclusion reflects its strong performance across these dimensions, underscoring its commitment to building a purpose-driven, high-performing, and sustainable organization. The recognition affirms ACEN’s continued transformation into a global renewable energy platform and its leadership in accelerating the energy transition across its markets.
Several companies within the Ayala group were likewise included in the 2026 list, namely Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, BPI, and Globe, highlighting the group’s continued leadership across industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
“We are honored to be recognized among TIME and Statista’s Best Companies in Asia-Pacific,” said JP Orbeta, Chief Human Resources Officer of ACEN. “This acknowledgment reinforces that our people-first culture, commitment to sustainability, and focus on performance excellence are deeply interconnected. At ACEN, we believe that when our people are empowered by purpose and supported by a strong, inclusive workplace, they can drive meaningful impact. As we continue to scale our renewable energy ambitions, we remain committed to building a resilient organization where our teams can grow and thrive.”
This recognition marks another milestone in ACEN’s journey to create long-term value for its stakeholders while contributing meaningfully to the region’s sustainable and inclusive growth.
