David John Nicol

Mr. Nicol is an independent director of ACEN. He was previously the Chief Strategy Officer of Monde Nissin Corp. (Manila), where he currently serves as an advisor. He was also Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director, and Executive Vice President at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (Manila) from 2010 to 2020, and Chief Executive Officer (after being Chief Financial Officer) at Berli Jucker PCL (Bangkok) from 1994 to 2002.

Mr. Nicol is a UK Chartered Accountant and practiced in audit and business advisory at PriceWaterhouse.

Mr. Nicol received his Bachelor of Science degree in Operational Research (Management Sciences) from Lancaster University.
