    28 July 2025 — In Region I (Ilocos Region), ACEN was honored as Best Environmental Partner (Private Sector Category) for the company’s “remarkable and noteworthy contribution as active partner in promoting the important role of forests in sustainable development and climate change mitigation.”

    With our portfolio of four wind farms in Ilocos Norte, along with the 60 MW Pangasinan Solar farm, ACEN has helped cement the region’s reputation as a clean energy stronghold, while advancing environmental initiatives like the Conservation Estate that support forest conservation and climate resilience.

  • YEC executives visit our wind farms in Ilocos Norte and saw firsthand


    10 November 2023 – Executives from Yindjibarndi Energy Corporation (YEC), a joint venture company between ACEN and Yindjibarndi Aboriginal Corporation (YAC) from Australia, visited our wind farms in Ilocos Norte.

    The group saw firsthand the meaningful strides we’re making in our host communities with our robust environmental initiatives anchored on sustainability.
