AC Energy Takes Control of Northwind

Presage Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of AC Energy, has acquired an additional 17.79% stake in NorthWind Power Development Corp. (NorthWind), increasing AC Energy’s effective ownership interest in NorthWind from 50% to 67.79%. NorthWind owns and operates the 52MW Bangui wind project in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, the country’s first commercial wind farm.
